Spring 2026 Adult Division
Calling all adult Flag Football players! The premier flag football league in Southern California is now available for adults! If you are a former football player missing the thrill of playing, or someone who has always thought it would be fun to play flag football in a fun and safe environment? Then this is your opportunity! Adult Co-Ed flag football under the lights!

18 - 99

Season runs from March thru mid-June
Where
Games will take place on week nights at high schools in the South Bay
Practices
Practice will be optional and up to the teams
Games
Each team will play 8 Regular Season games + Playoffs.
Games consist of two 24-minute halves
Standard flag football rules apply
Jerseys
Registration fees included jerseys for all players.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there age divisions?
That depends on registration. If there are enough teams in a specific average age range then we may be able to have age divisions. Otherwise this will be an open age adult 18+ division.
