Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

BCS Summer League 2025

Refunds will be offered in full (minus the cost of jerseys) up until 72 hours prior to the opening day.

Beach Cities Sports Programs

Fall BCS Registration

Full refund, minus $50 preseason, minus $100 in-season. No refunds after Game 4. In-season is roughly within a week of the close of registration – once individual uniforms and insurance have already been purchased. All refunds are sent via PayPal.

Fall Future Stars Registration

Full refund, minus $50 preseason, minus $100 in-season. No refunds after Game 4. In-season is roughly within a week of the close of registration – once individual uniforms and insurance have already been purchased. All refunds are sent via PayPal.
