Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

BCS & GBCS Registration

Full refund, minus $50 preseason, minus $100 in-season. No refunds after Game 4. In-season is roughly within a week of the close of registration – once individual uniforms and insurance have already been purchased. All refunds are sent via PayPal.

BCS Spring 2026 Adult League

Refunds are available prior to the start of the season, minus the cost of your jersey.
